WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR DATA?
Manage your inquiries
Purpose. When you contact us, we need to process your data to manage and resolve your inquiries.
Data. Specifically, we will need to process your name, phone number, email, and any information you decide to include in your inquiry.
Legal basis. The legal basis for processing these data will be your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Duration. We will retain your data for this purpose for the time necessary to respond adequately to your inquiry and for an additional year in case it needs to be revisited.
Purpose. We may send you commercial communications, including by electronic means, about our services. The communications may be personalized according to a basic commercial profile.
Data. Specifically, we may process your name, email, phone number, and email. The communications may be personalized according to the type of service you show interest in or the geographic area.
Legal basis. If you are a YESWELEAD customer, we may send you commercial communications based on our legitimate interest, which is to retain our customers to ensure the continuity of relationships and our activity. If you wish, you can contact us to request a copy of the balancing test performed.
If you are not a YESWELEAD customer, we will only send you commercial communications about our products and services if you have given your express consent.
Duration. We will use your data for the specified purposes as long as the contractual relationship lasts or, if applicable, for 3 years from the last show of interest, unless you exercise your right to object or withdraw your consent earlier.
TO WHOM CAN WE DISCLOSE YOUR DATA?

WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE AND HOW CAN YOU EXERCISE THEM?

To do this, you must send us an email to dpo@yeswelead.agency. In your email, you must indicate your name, surname, and the right you wish to exercise. If we have doubts about your identity, we will need to request additional information to ensure you have the legitimacy to exercise the right. In particular, we inform you that you can exercise the following rights:
Access: You have the right to know what data we process about you, for what purposes, where they come from, to whom they have been disclosed, and how long they are retained.
Rectification: You have the right to request that your data be corrected in our files when they have become outdated or have not been correctly incorporated. For example, if you change your postal address, you can ask us to modify the information in our databases.
Deletion: You have the right to request that we delete all personal data we hold about you. We will not be able to fulfill your request if we must continue processing your data to execute the contractual relationship that binds us or when we must retain them by legal imperative. If the above circumstances do not apply, and therefore we must fulfill your right to deletion, your data will be blocked for the statute of limitations period for legal actions. Afterward, your data will be completely destroyed.
